A) Regular User Guide

1) Register / Login / Logout

Create your regular account, sign in securely, and sign out safely.

What to do

  1. Open `Register` and select regular user.
  2. Register using email/password or Google.
  3. Login from `Login` page.
  4. Complete OTP when prompted.
  5. Verify email from your inbox.
  6. Use Logout from menu when done.

Result: fully active account with secure session control.

2) Access personal area

What to do

  1. Open `my-account` for your overview.
  2. Open `dashboard` for daily actions.
  3. Open `settings` to manage profile details.
  4. Open `security` for password/security controls.

Result: you can navigate all regular-user control pages confidently.

3) Update profile and change password

What to do

  1. Go to `settings` and update profile fields.
  2. Save and confirm success message.
  3. Go to `security` and change password with current password.
  4. Save and verify new password works.

Result: profile stays accurate and account remains secure.

4) Browse public content

What to do

  1. Use Home as your entry point.
  2. Open Providers/Companies directories.
  3. Open provider profile pages for details.
  4. Read blog/news updates.
  5. Review platform, service, and legal pages when needed.

Result: you discover providers and stay informed before contacting them.

5) Send liquidity request

What to do

  1. Login first.
  2. Open `liquidity-request`.
  3. Fill request details clearly.
  4. Submit form.

Result: your request is recorded for review and follow-up.

6) Send contact form and service inquiry

What to do

  1. Use `contact` for general support questions.
  2. Use service pages for service-specific inquiries.
  3. Include clear objective and urgency.

Result: request reaches the right team faster.

7) Subscribe to newsletter

What to do

  1. Scroll to footer newsletter form.
  2. Enter email.
  3. Submit subscription.

Result: you receive platform updates and announcements.

8) Switch language

What to do

  1. Use `/locale/en` for English.
  2. Use `/locale/es` for Spanish.

Result: interface switches to your preferred language.

9) Use notifications

What to do

  1. Open notifications history.
  2. Read new items.
  3. Mark as read after processing.
  4. Allow/save device token for push notifications.

10) Message companies

What to do

  1. Open `/user/messages` inbox.
  2. Create a new thread.
  3. Open thread and read replies.
  4. Reply in same thread for continuity.

11) Follow / unfollow providers

What to do

  1. Open provider profile.
  2. Click Follow to start following owner/company.
  3. Click again to Unfollow.

Result: you track preferred providers more easily.

12) Request and download company balance sheet

What to do

  1. Open provider profile.
  2. Click request balance sheet access.
  3. Wait for approval.
  4. After approval, use download link.

Result: approved access to company financial document.

13) Bookmark / unbookmark blog posts

What to do

  1. Open a blog post.
  2. Click Bookmark to save.
  3. Click again to remove from saved.

Result: personal reading list stays organized.

B) Company User Guide

1) Authentication and account lifecycle

What to do

  1. Register with role = company and fill all required company registration fields.
  2. Login with email/password or Google.
  3. If OTP screen appears, enter the 6-digit code before expiry.
  4. Open verification email and confirm account.
  5. If login fails due to password issues, use reset-password flow.
  6. Logout from header/user menu at end of session.

Result: secure and recoverable company login workflow.

2) Access company workspace and analytics panels

What to do

  1. Open `provides/dashboard` to monitor published/pending counts, followers, latest messages/comments.
  2. Open `provides/profile` for account summary/profile view.
  3. Open `provides/settings` for identity/contact updates.
  4. Open `provides/security` for password changes.

Result: full day-to-day operational visibility from one workspace.

3) Update company-linked account settings (profile-level)

What to do

  1. Open `provides/settings` and update name/email/contact/city/country values.
  2. Upload avatar/logo-level account media if required.
  3. Check provider type linkage to ensure correct category mapping.
  4. Save and confirm values render in profile/dashboard consistently.

Result: clean and consistent company account identity.

4) Manage subscriptions and package changes

What to do

  1. Open `provides/subscriptions` and read current package/status/payment flags.
  2. Compare available options with required features (visibility/content permissions/etc).
  3. Submit package change request from request-change action.
  4. Track request as pending until super admin decision.

Result: package aligned with business goals and platform permissions.

5) Manage company profile pages (`provides/companies/*`)

What to do

  1. Create company profile from Add/Create route.
  2. Edit all core business fields: overview, features, regulation, payments, connectivity, company type.
  3. Upload logo/cover and structured documents.
  4. Translate company content into Spanish where missing.
  5. Preview balance-sheet file setup and verify visibility behavior.
  6. Open own company view page and check public presentation quality.
  7. Delete company only if ownership/linked/member permission checks pass.

6) Submit provider verification request with documents

What to do

  1. Open `provides/verification`.
  2. Select company profile and fill registration/tax/authorized-person fields.
  3. Upload required register/legal document files in accepted formats.
  4. Submit and monitor status for approve/deny response.

Result: formal verification workflow submitted and traceable.

7) Process balance-sheet access requests from users

What to do

  1. Open pending list in `provides/balance-sheet-requests`.
  2. Validate requester identity and target file path against current stored balance sheet.
  3. Approve only if you are authorized approver (owner/editor role context).
  4. Confirm approval notification flow is triggered to requester.

Result: compliant, auditable document-access approvals.

8) Operate company messaging center

What to do

  1. Open `provides/messages` to view all active threads.
  2. Prioritize newest/active threads first.
  3. Open thread details and review full conversation context.
  4. Reply with explicit next step, timeline, and requirement list.

Result: better lead progression and support response consistency.

9) Manage company team/users

What to do

  1. Open `provides/users` and review current member list.
  2. Add new company user with valid first/last/email/password data.
  3. Block user for temporary access suspension.
  4. Unblock user when access should resume.
  5. Remove user when access must be permanently revoked.

10) Manage blog/content (requires blog-manage permission)

What to do

  1. Open blog admin list (`provides/blog`) and review content pipeline.
